Lennox Hotel, built in 1929, is listed on the National Register
of Historic Places, thus the requiring the renovation and redevelopment
of the building to follow site, state, National Park Service, and
Department of Interior standards for historic preservation.

The program for adaptive reuse of this historic property included
a 191-key hotel, a 171-key extended stay hotel, 90 apartment units,
and conversion of portions of the basement, ground level, and second
