| Humble Oil Building Renovation
- Houston, TX: The Humble Oil Building occupies an entire city block
in downtown Houston and contains approximately 550,000 square feet,
including the basement. The program for adaptive reuse of this historic
property included a 191-key hotel, a 171-key extended stay hotel,
90 apartment units, and conversion of portions of the basement,
ground level, and second floor to parking. Renaissance St. Louis Suites - St. Louis, MO: a 165-suite renovation of the historic 22-story, Lennox Hotel. The Lennox Hotel, built in 1929, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, thus the requiring the renovation and redevelopment of the building to follow site, state, National Park Service, and Department of Interior standards for historic preservation. |
Renaissance Grand Hotel
- St. Louis, MO: a new 916-room hotel composed of the renovation
of the historic Hotel Statler constructed in 1917, a new 23-story,
361,000 sf tower, the existing 20-story, 329,000 sf historic building,
an 873-car, 12-story parking garage and a 160,000 sf conference
