Mr. Baysek is experienced in the design of low-rise, mid-rise,
and high-rise office buildings, hotels, residential, mixed-use developments,
parking structures, warehouses, and has extensive experience in
the design-build project delivery method. He believes in "structural
integrity at the lowest possible cost while at the same time fulfilling
the desired architectural and aesthetic concepts" – the
hallmark of Campbell & Associates.
Background
With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Baysek has expertise
in the design and management of complex, large-scale projects. A
former Executive Vice President and Director of Structural and Facility
Engineering for A. Epstein and Sons International, Inc., one of
Chicago’s largest architectural, engineering, and construction
firms, he has participated in the design of a number of Chicago’s
landmark projects. He served as the Director of Engineering for
the McCormick Place Expansion project in Chicago.
